About Gudeman Solutions

Integration and automation engineering — operator-led.

Twenty-five years of software development and systems integration, with deep experience on Boomi, iPaaS platforms, and the B2B integration layer that connects supply-chain operations.

I've spent 25 years on the customer's side of the data-access problem.

That means building integrations that have to work in production, diagnosing the failures that nobody documented, and handing off systems that the next operator can actually run.

Background

  • 25 years of software development and systems integration across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • Deep Boomi and iPaaS engineering experience — process design, connector configuration, API integration, and operational architecture.
  • B2B and EDI integration for supply-chain operations: trading partner connectivity, exception handling, and chargeback prevention.
  • AI-augmented automation practice: applying AI tooling to integration engineering for faster diagnosis and better operational outcomes.

How I work

Four principles that shape every engagement.

Gudeman Solutions is a one-person consultancy. The size is intentional — it keeps accountability direct and eliminates the overhead that slows down technical work.

01

Operator-led.

The engineer doing the work is the engineer you talk to. No handoffs to junior staff, no project manager in the middle.

02

Problem-first.

Every engagement starts with the integration problem in front of you — not a transformation roadmap or a generic assessment.

03

Honest about tradeoffs.

Recommendations are framed around business impact, operational risk, and maintainability — not the size of the engagement.

04

AI-augmented.

AI tools are part of the workflow: faster diagnosis, better documentation, more leverage per engagement — without replacing judgment.

What I am building

Consulting today. A product for exception handling in development.

The consulting practice is the primary focus — available now for integration and automation engagements. Alongside it, I am developing a focused product for Boomi integration exception handling: detecting failed executions, surfacing them clearly, and — for EDI flows — assembling the documentation needed to respond to chargebacks.

The product is clearly labeled in development. No availability promises, no ship dates. Early-access conversations help identify what creates real operational value before anything is built to scale.
